Was able to buy a nearly new note 5 that was +/- $600 less than the latest offering by Samsung. Very pleased with the condition of the phone and level of service.

It took two tries (first one wasn't cleared from previous owner) but after I got the phone I have now it seems to be pretty good. There were a couple of scratches and witness marks from a previous case but everything seems to be working fine. The customer service guy I had was an excellent help. I suppose I'm a happy customer, however it is evident to me that there is a slight gamble buying a used phone from anyone (this particular inspection must have been a 29/30 point inspection). Also the shipping was early the first time then late the second so I'll consider that one a wash. Still waiting on the refund for the first phone as well.

I like my new iPad Pro! It has one small flaw; airplane mode does not engage. It’s a small matter, certainly not enough to return. I like the payment plans, the service and my new iPad. Thanks, Gazelle!
