I was a bit skeptical about buying a used phone. I’ve always purchased new ones from my service provider. I’m also not super tech-y so I was concerned about the switch as well. Let me tell you.....this was the best decision I’ve made in awhile! Also very easy to switch the SIM card!!! I will never buy another brand new phone. The whole transition took a little while to update and complete everything but it was easy. I will 100% use Gazelle again when I want to update my phone and I will be recommending the site to my friends as well. I am a very, very happy customer!!!!! Thank you, Gazelle!!!!!

I was pleased with the iPhone and the customer service.

The first iphone 6 i recently purchased from Gazelle would not work with any phone carrier for some reason and so i had to return it. It was very easy to do though, customer service was great and the shipping back was free, refund was given. I justreceived a new phone from gazelle, an iphone 6s plus, its in great condition and i was able to connect with a carrier. No issues, I am a satisfied customer.

Gazelle sells really good used phones. Their customer service is also very good.
