The first phone we received was perfectly fine for the first few days then the screen started going "wonky" intermittently. After trying a few fixes that didn't work I contacted Gazelle after about 2 weeks. They approved a return and gave me free expedited shipping on a new phone. It was over a weekend so we received the new phone, activated it, then returned the old phone so it was all pretty seamless. The new phone so far seems to be working just fine.

This is my 2nd or 3rd purchase from Gazelle and have had nothing but great service and quality products. I would not hesitate to recomend this site to anyone.

Got this phone in fair condition; didn't mind the stretches and chips, but the screen had a issue popping out of the back. Contacted Gazelle, and they replaced the phone with one that appears, to us at least, to be in excellent condition. It works great.

The order process was very smooth for my phone, it arrived on the early side of the delivery window, and it was easy to activate and begin using. All in all I am very pleased with Gazelle's service.
