I ordered this machine and it was not in excellent condition. It was scratched and dented. Paid too much to have that many flaws. Called customer service and got a return. Sent it off, got a different one, and was credited immediately. Including the line of credit. New one is great!

I purchased an iPad Air 2 via Gazelle. Although there was an initial hiccough with shipping and some confusion with availability, but once cleared up not only did customer service overnight the product, but refunded my original shipping and gave me a 10% refund. The iPad was in excellent condition, functions superbly, I am happy to have this excellent tool and will go with Gazelle again in the future.
