phone was nice but didn't work, had to return. Sprint couldnt activate and said it was a locked phone and reported stolen. still waiting on another one and its starting to drag out. Customer service has been great, I just want to get a phone.

Purchased a "Fair" condition iPhone 6s. It had only a few imperceptible scratches in the casing. Battery seemed to die quickly but Gazelle customer service immediately offered multiple options to correct. Would buy again.

Condition I bought was “fair” but I think that was an underestimation. I was very minimal scratches and nicks that were easily covered up with any case. I was also incredibly happy with the shipping speed. Ordered my phone Monday morning and the phone arrived Wednesday before 3pm which was nice because I had a vacation that Friday and needed this replacement phone immediately. Activating was incredibly easy, just popped in my SIM card and service was ready to go!
