Not sure where the problem started.

It is very bulky. Hurts my ear to have on for more than 20 minutes. Sounds like a speaker in a tin can. People I talk to complain they can never hear my, that it cuts in and out and sounds muffled and what not. Battery lasts a while, is the only upside I've really found.

I'd love to give you a review. BUT. It's 5 days and counting from the time it was to be delivered. Not very happy!!!.

Bought this wireless headset hoping that i wouldn’t have to buy another headset. Came highly recommended from bonehead trucker a YouTuber. First impression was good. They look good. Once out of the box, the plastic that the headset is made of feels real flimsy. Not even one week with the headset and it is already broken. Will not be buying anymore blue tiger products.
