Headset keeps disconnecting from my phone

Without a doubt this is the worst headset I have ever used. It will not call unless I manually unlock my phone. This defeats the whole purpose of hands free. The sound is terrible some people I am not able to understand.

I hate it !!!! When I have it on I can't hear what going on a round me! When both ears are covered!It to tight ! So I end up pulling the left ear off and it sucks!!! Don't believe is a professional model . Not happy had a blue tiger before for four years work but the head pice was week super glue it a couple of times! Though I was up grading with the pro model ! Boy was I Worng!!

Why did you charge me almost double than if I would have bought your products on amazon.com. I would like a refund for the difference. Thanks, Chris

Ordered one and the speakers had a lot if static and the people i called couldn't hear me. Got a replacement one speakers work great but people i call still can't hear me.
