I don’t like it

The ear piece isn’t very loud so you can barely hear. The mic cuts in and out a lot.

The other party cannot hear me unless the mic is basically in my mouth

Would like to return the device

This is my 2nd storm headset. The first one I had was nice but it broke after a couple years. The new one people tell me that they hear static when I’m using the headset. NOT PLEASED!
