It’s not loud enough and it’s uncomfortable everyone says that I sound like a robot and I can’t hear them well . I run a garmin headset and it’s way better in every way. Not a bad product just needs more work

Small smaller than advertised and smaller than it looks, and they want to argue with you if you tell them about it. I will never buy from them ever again.

It cuts out

I have had this head set for 5 months now . I do not recommend it. Pulls my hair out all the time, dies fast, constantly changing volumes on me, have to hang up and recall because it goes robotic sounding in mid conversation. . I did by the warranty but don’t even want a new one . . disappointed that I spent this much money on a product that didn’t last even a year .

It will not stay anywhere I put it so I put it back in the case and in the closet.
