I've had 3 blue parrot headsets. They can't come anywhere near the the tiger. I love Mt blue tiger very much. Thank you

Finally decided to test out buying from Blue Tiger.Have been using a Blue Parrot and it served me well. Placed my order needed it for an upcoming road trip, saw that the I rder picked the wrong billing address from PayPal automatically used my shipping as billing. Immediately wrote an email correcting the error sometime the next day I get an email asking me if the shipping address needed to be changed , meaning they did not read my correction email. OK requested the order be cancelled since it would not arrived in time. Thus was ignored, with no further contact except a shipping acknowledgement gather they wanted the sale rather than my wishes - I thought they also might add the free headphones on an offer they had earlier that week , you know what they say about wishful thinking. Eventually a few weeks later I was able to retrieve my purchase, I have mixed feelings on the differences between The Parrot and the Tiger I know for sure that the connect time is much longer than the Parrot , we will see how the other points , comfort and durability compare, the rag rah if marketing and the reality of customer service though is disappointing.

Noise cancellation is horrible

Cheaply made Didn't even last a year yhan I have to pay $50 for them to send me another pair CRAZY

I’ve had three of your products don’t last but just over a year. So my last one bought the two year warranty and it only lasted just over a year also and then you charged me fifty some dollars for it and shipping. So probably won’t order any more of your products.
