Shipping was not as expected. Have bought from BT before and it arrived fast and when it was promised, but not this time.

Pros: It’s light weight, war cushion doesn’t smash my ear and battery stays charged my entire shift. Cons: Bulky and the mute button on the headset can be accidentally hit and you’ll never know it and it doesn’t show on your phone that your mic is muted UNLESS you mute yourself on your phone.

Just got it and did a plug in charge. Haven’t had an opportunity to really use it yet.
