The headset works great but everybody said I sounded muffled until I took the foam piece off the mic. The foam piece is way too thick.

Overall, the Blue Tiger Storm is a good unit. I don't like the "Mute" button, not sure why it is there, and when I pick up the unit, my fingers naturally land on the buttons location, muting the unit, so customers ask "are you there, are you there?"

I don't like it that I have to tap my headset twice to make a call. I don't like it that I have to hold the button in longer to hangup.

Came in the mail rather quickly. Price was decent but the functionality of the headset could use some modifying

This is my 3rd blue tiger Bluetooth. Seem to have a few problems with synchronizing volume for Mike and Earphone, but after week of use and feel for the controls much better. My old one was 4&1/2 years old.
