Shipping took longer than expected, approx 7 days. Finding my around it and learning something each day.

service was great with local pickup, but lack of comunication lowered the score. i had to email to get info on my order, phones not answered, chat not working etc.

Delivery slow

After looking at many different brands of phones I settled on this one because it had FM radio. However, once purchased I discovered the FM radio would NOT come thru the airpods, and the sound just thru the phone speakers was appalling..! I was offered a 20% refund if I kept the phone, which I did, because I couldn't be bothered with having to get it couriered back to the company. The phone was dispatched and arrived promptly, in good condition.
