You promote yourself as a NZ company with an NZ website and depot, but you should make it clear to customers that you cannot provide a GST receipt as you are an AU based company. Your customer service is slow and difficult to deal with and took many days to get such a simple thing - a receipt made out to the person paying for the phone (not the recipient).
The phone itself is fine, although it would be good if a phone marketed to seniors was hearing aid compatible.
