Order took quite a while to arrive. It was well packaged

Someone did respond to my email with all my issues with the phone, but did not resolve the issues.

You promote yourself as a NZ company with an NZ website and depot, but you should make it clear to customers that you cannot provide a GST receipt as you are an AU based company. Your customer service is slow and difficult to deal with and took many days to get such a simple thing - a receipt made out to the person paying for the phone (not the recipient). The phone itself is fine, although it would be good if a phone marketed to seniors was hearing aid compatible.

Not sold as a name which is identical to ANIWA so now I have two.I was trying to get away from that phone.Cannot write on here what I think!

Going thru the niche was confusing would have preferred direct contact with the company
