First time e-scooter owner.

The shipping box as well as the product box seemed like it was opened, but after some inspection, everything was intact. I also liked the tracking Interface on B8ta’s mobile site. The scooter was larger and heavier than I expected but still welcome. I tried it out briefly and was able to get it going very quickly! Overall the experience was good.

Service was great but it not able to read fingerprint

The service was great quick and selection is simple and best because there are only 2 options to choose from and of high quality. The order which I placed was for TSA lock but when it time to read fingerprint it didn’t work. Sometimes it is quick and sometimes it won’t respond. I am not at all happy with product but kudos to the inventor for his idea.

Great product, it just took a while

I ordered something and then it never came so then I had to call them, instant message them and after about a week they figured it out. The folks I dealt with was nice but this was not the first time that I had this issue with them. I do understand the pandemic has made things harder to deal with but the tracking information of when products ship out vs what they are selling on the site doesn't always match up. I really like B8ta but its been an issue I have seen the past couple of years that doesn't seem to change on their package delivery and just knowing if something has shipped or not.
