I am a pro architectural
I am a pro architectural photographer and on a job on Thursday morning my Inspire 2 was shot down. . . with a gun. . . fell like a wounded duck and smashed to bits. I am in the middle of a series of photoshoots in Nebraska and the loss would have forced a massive reschedule. I found an Inspire 2 package with a Zenmuse X7 and even a Cendence remote on Drone Nerds. I ordered it and selected next day delivery. Now, that would be enough right? In this day and age where no one actually talks to anyone anymore and traditional customer service follow through is all but instinct. . . it is all we are left with, click, click and hope. Well, not this time. Shortly after I did my clicks, my phone rang. . . "Hello Brad, this is Dan Viviano with Drone Nerds, what the situation?" Gulp. Whoa. Ok. "Oh thank God, so glad you called me Dan!" I told him the story and being a fellow drone pilot he understood first hand what I was going through. He assured me that it would be sent out and arrive at or before 10:30am. Not only that, he gave me his cell number and texted back and forth with me all day until we both knew it was in the hands of FedEx. This level of customer service probably saved me one of my biggest clients. He even told me to text him when I actually had my hands on it. This isn't above and beyond, this is respect for a pro and making sure he was taken care of properly. . . the way it used to be. . . the way I run my own business. So, I thank Dan for putting a critical tool back in my box so that I can do my job. Thanks Dan! Enjoy those cookies!
