Great service. Called in to get some insight into a defunct DJI Mini 3 remote controller and the tech that answered was super helpful. Even gave me some information for a Firmware reset that may fix the issue. For a few reasons I indeed up just purchasing a new remote controller - did not purchase from Drone Nerds originally. Looking forward to being able to fly my drone again for clients!
