2 of the 3 batteries I ordered for my DJI Mavic 3T wouldn’t accept a charge. At least one works but still not happy.

The person who helped me on the phone to order a Matrice 4TD for my husband for Christmas knew next to nothing about the drone. He kept putting me on hold for verification of products. As a result I was told to order things that were backordered and unavailable. My card was charged at time of order not time of shipping. I would not order from them again. Customer service is not good.

The purchase was good. I was very exited to receive it. Once I got it I noticed the controller did not work correctly. When I called to get a replacement I was told not to contact Drone nerds but to contact DJI directly. Now It's been over a week and I still have no controller and cant fly my drone. Very disappointed with the level of empathy and response. You were very quick to take my money but now I feel I am on my own.
