Folks, I live the product and people generally are prompt in returning emails. You are, however, abysmal in getting things out the door. Your tracking info links do not work. I was advised to take the given tracking number and enter into FedEx site. That didn’t work either. I ended up trying one of your competitors and the product shipment was superior. I don’t like to give negative reviews but if I ran a business these are things I’d want to know.

Takes a long time for stuff to ship out. Things ordered on a Thursday aren’t moved out until the following week.
