Takes a long time for stuff to ship out. Things ordered on a Thursday aren’t moved out until the following week.

The human who responded to my emails was tip-top! He was kind, and his replies to my concerns were lightning quick. The Mojotone website however - is just all over the place. I'd find the same item at different prices when doing searches for specific items. The web site to me seems like it could be more clear, easy to navigate and accurate. —Gary W

The site bogs down to a crawl often. The order status page needs a cancellation option in case a mistake was made on an order; the staff is great, but they don't read emails with change requests before an order is shipped.
