Audeze

Overall a good headset and product. Hoping to get get best gaming headset soon.

Good service, though accessories should be available on Amazon.

Terrible customer service. Left me in the dark and without a headset till I had shown proof that I was forgotten about.

Sound good but this is not a gaming headset 1st it's a PC/Bluetooth headset that can connect to Xbox with a adapter dongle my 1st one didn't work at all then after a week of telling me it's normal and giving me weird messages that had to be sent by someone from China or India so I told them I want to send them back then I get a message I was getting sent something in the mail I asked what it was and got no response, then I received a new dongle and guess what it worked the first time. Go on Reddit and read all the drama mostly the Xbox edition this is a lot to deal with it should be simple put a dongle in Xbox pair and play not downloading crap on a PC or phone and come with real instructions they are complete garbage and customer support is trash

Great for gaming, sounds are clear and come from the right direction. Music is sadly only alright, the bass leaves much to be desired.
