Sometimes, the sound crackles or makes a very high pitched noise out of nowhere. The mic is off on the headset itself as well

you asked if I was satisfied with resolution of my support ticket (233192) but I did not receive it!

The Maxwells sound great but the Mic is Terrible. In games and on calls it is difficult to hear me even if the Mic is next to my mouth. This is unfortunate because I would like to use this for gaming and for work. Unfortunately, the Mic is poor in PC games and not usable for work in teams or calls. My cheap $15 headsets have a better Mic. Very disappointing.

Please fix the known product issues. For $300 a headset I expect better.
