Bought 2 of these, 1 for me, 1 for my spouse. Had them for a little over a year. They sound great, but the metal headband on mine broke at the seam just above the right ear cup. Audeze replaced the headset for free, but insured shipping via FedEx from Virginia to California cost $100 which Audeze did not cover. I appreciate them for replacing the headset, but the design of the headband (it's glued at that joint) is poor. Given the quality of the drivers, the build quality of the frame should be better.

Can only rate support as well as they are able to support. With rules in place the customer service will rarely look like the good guy.
