Amazing sound, amazing customer service, absolutely terrible quality control.

I enjoy my new Maxwell headsets. The construction is very substantial. I don't feel like it is a lot of money for what I get. I feel that the amount spent was a fair and even amount for the product. I get good quality encompassing rich. Full sound from all spectrums. Of input Do you wish that the Microphone was interchangeable from left to right and right to left ear cups, and I also do wish that the microphone was either longer or more stiff so that it doesn't. I love the headset itself. The quality of audio and the overall build is solid. Only drawback is the attachable boom mic and phone app. The boom mic makes your feedback noise sound robotic at times. Usually after unplugging and re-plungging it back in it either lowers that feedback noise or makes it go away. And if you have a computer definitely update your headset and dongle because it'll remove most to all these issues I just described. This is just the out the box experience. The app itself for your phone is sluggish and doesn't make sense because if you want to make adjustments you have to disconnect the headset from the Xbox to use app to change frequencies but you'd have no idea if you like what you set so make a custom match or something to tune your own frequencies. Especially if you play competitive. But on PC this isn't the issue. But build quality on these things is amazing. Definitely an investment because I plan to use these for years to come. I love the metal, the ear cups are comfy, overall stylish and you can take these anywhere without someone thinking it's a gaming headset. And these can handle bass (after some adjusting) without making it sound terrible or muddy. Mids and highs are great. The best way I describe this headset is like putting in a really nice car audio system with dedicated amps to your mids/highs and your subs. You can really tune these to how you want. Battery life really surprised me. On a off day of work played about 12hrs and no low battery sign at all and they charge up fairly fast. Some people I've seen complain about how the weight of the headset starts to stress their neck and head. I never came across this issue personally but I know everyone is different. I love the dedicated overall volume slider and game/party chat slider. Reminds me of the turtle beach's. And the simple mute button which is basically a up and down switch is genius. And these get loud too. Overall a great product, would buy again, you can't go wrong with a pair of these. They're built to last.
