I decided to order the LCD-X Headphones directly from their website. After submitting the order I immediately realized that my billing address was correct, but the shipping address had mistakenly been automatically set to an old address by my browser, far from where I meant to have them shipped. I looked for an option to correct this mistake on the website but there wasn't one, so I sent an email to Audeze support. Unfortunately, the Headphones had already been sent out via UPS, who sent me an email instructing me to pay them an extra 550. 00 for some sort of "fees" (on top of the shipping cost). I had a lot of communication problems with both UPS and Audeze and my stress levels were high as I tried to patiently wait for someone to help me solve what could have been a very easy problem to avoid if only there was a way to correct the order address sooner. To try to make a long story short, Tim and Lily from Audeze came through in the end and I got my headphones with no other hassles, and took care of shipping and returning the first order, so a big thanks to both of them!
Also, UPS is terrible.
PS: Please update the website to allow for east order cancelation and address corrections!
