I finally got my system after some order issues that was resolved. So far the system has been running for about a month with no problems. I can access it remotely and on net no issues after a wrong configuration. Customer service rep help was slow buthelpful and finally got through the language barrier. I still give Amcrest 4 stars because they did try to make the problems that was their issues right.
