Works great

I haven't done much with the doorbell camera yet, but right off the bat it's much better than a Nest doorbell for Home Assistant integration. However setup was a pain. The Amcrest Smart Home app was not able to connect the doorbell to my Wi-Fi network. From online forum posts I learned I needed to download a separate app called DMSS to get it connected. The process was janky and not welcoming to non-tech users.

The cameras work well and are easy to set up with Blue Iris or Amcrest Surveillance pro

Customer service was pleasant and could have helped more if they had some leeway in pricing.
