Shipping was really quick and fast. There wasn't too much help regarding the cloud subscription and amazon Alexa .

Instructions need to be better and you need better graphics in the instruction guide

Ordered the 2-pack version of these cameras from Amazon. After being contacted at the end of the final day of delivery without Amazon withdrawing the funds to pay for the cameras, I was contacted that there would be a further delay which I needed to approve. Although I eventually paid more ordering directly from Amcrest, I had my cameras in hand in four days of which they installed effortlessly (considering they were installed during winter), programmed up and have been working without a hitch ever since.

Everything went as expected except there was additional duty to import them into Canada. I would prefer they included this in the shipping cost so that the total cost would be more predictable.

Very good experience, even when I was looking for a better resolution on same size/weight product. Is it possible to improve that? Thanks!
