Purchased a security system from Selna George on 12/21 received everything but the 2 big Ptz cameras within 2 weeks sent a few emails and no response. On 2/9 I called and the cameras were never shipped the salesman told me they were discontinued so he told me the replacement was a 4mp camera after 20 minutes on the phone he told me that model was also discontinued so I asked what the replacement was and ordered 3 which were $200 more then the ones I originally ordered

Did not even acknowledge my issue. Just blamed it on the obvious (which I already was aware of) and it had nothing to do with my issue.

Was asked to write a review of the product but it has been 2 weeks and never received it. Called but Customer Service could not understand me and emailed, but tracking number shows item has not shipped. Buyer Beware and will not purchase from again.

I called and the person cannot speak English so she took my phone number and said someone will call never happened!
