I've bought this cam from Amcrest; had to return/exchange it for another new one; it was constantly rebooting. The next new one I got also reboots and will not stay running. Working with tech support, (Leonard is great!) I've applied their new Firmware update, to no avail. Now I'm waiting for the "R&D" department to come up with a fix. With this going on for so long, I've applied for an RMA for my $ back. This model isn't working for me due to its constant reboots. Now I'm waiting for a reply from the RMA department for a return authorization or from the tech support department or R&D for a fix.

Can't review, no solar cam support.

Very poor return process will not be recommending Amcrest anymore

Very poor eperience. Still waiting for someone to reach out to replace defective on arrival camera.

Customer service is overseas, no English speaking, hard to understand.
