Horrible customer service wants pictures proof of purchase would not recommend this company

The product lacks accurate API documentation for the camera, which caused major issues during reseach work. I reached out to the sales/support team for help, but communication was extremely poor. It took them over 3 months to respond with a solution which is "Please download the latest firmware", and even then, the issue was never resolved. Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service.

Please check your records and see that you never shipped it out on the 25th of last month and I’m still waiting for my refund. Please take care of the problem.
