The Amcrest AD110 Wifi Doorbell, would not accept configuration after tech support, power supply change to the Amcrest Surveillance Pro Software; which I have been using with several other Amcrest Cameras. A true embarrassment. I hoped the wedge angle was from side to side, not up and down: un-clear in specs. The forums substantiate the grief.

Talked to Sophi via web site. Specified a DVR camera system w/white dome cameras. Upon phone order w/Sophi ( bad English) I receive a DVR system with black bullet cameras. Now I have to paint and research what I really have To install? Would recommend researching other options!

Received the order in 4 days. The NVR failed after 2 days. Getting a replacement is outdated. I had to send the failed unit back before getting a new unit sent to me. Initially, this was going to take 3-4 weeks!!! After complaining the new unit is scheduled to arrive in 11 days. Still unacceptable after spending over $900 on the camera system. Many high end purchases can be replaced with the holding of a credit card to secure the return of the failed unit. This could have been resolved in 2-3 days. Get with the current way of doing online business!!!

Stopped working after a few day. Have to return
