I was happy with the shipping and service of this company upon purchase. The NVR I bought did work great for a few months and now it just doesn't work, doesn't respond cannot connect etc. "The lights are on but no one is home". Now I have to invest in another one?! That wasn't in my plans or my budget.

Far too expensive, software is worthless, they're just rebranded Dahua products. It feels like Amcrest isn't a real company and more just a name that's slapped onto things and forgotten about. Just my two cents.

I spent half hour writing extensive review and after I clicked 'submit' I was forwarded to another review page with all my comments erased. I am not retyping it. This experience matches perfectly with my experience with the Amcrest product: The hardware is the tops but the software is the pits.
