I love the camera system but, the software, oh boy is it terrible. I spent 2 days trying to figure out how to get to the cameras thru ddns and apparently that doesn't work right now. You can't delete single video's and you can't log out of the app without deleting your setup. All ridiculous and that I have to pay another $60 for different, working software is unacceptable. Just get out of the software business and don't advertise the system comes with it is my tip of the day because it's embarrassing and frustrating.

Took a few phone calls to get the issue identified. My previous Amcrest DVR stopped working. Several sales people tried to up sell me into a DVR that was more technical than my cameras

The Amcrest representative did not seem knowledgeable with the Amcrest products. She was sending me links to items that did not meet my requirements. Only after I pointed that out did she find the right ones. The representative did provide a discount.

product works, delivery was prompt but design and support documentation are spotty
