I need a response on how to return it

It tracks a route ok. The trip summary was all over the place breaking up 1 trip into 2 causing a bunch of confusing and then it said I was parked an hour and 9 minutes and I wasn't parked. The first day I got it, I plugged it into charge and it turned on and wouldn't shut off. I didn't plan to start using tracking service for a whole month and I ended up paying 19.99 trying to figure out how to shut the thing off. I had a coupon for 30 free tracking and I never got to use it. I also thought this thing had an alarm of some type it doesn't it send an alert to your phone if it goes in or out of a certain zone. I was also hoping the software or app had a remote turn on but it doesn't. The case it comes in seems like it's plastic and it's suppose to magnet stick to a car but then you got this plastic clip that's suppose to keep the tracker safe from falling out but idk if your off road I feel it might pop open.

Amcrest could be so much better with just a little effort. There is far to many things to list here, but attention to the details would make this company so much better! Fix the software/apps, release firmware updates, use common sense and half a brain when updating new products! After purchasing 4 complete NVR/camera systems I know a thing or 2 about this company. The sad thing is there's not really much better out there that is priced towards the average consumer, so I stick with Amcrest because it's what I already know.

Used the chat with a rep option for sales, took 6 min to get a reply then received a question, we answered it and never heard back from them, found the product on my own.
