it is not the first camera I've purchase from Amcrest but it is the first time that it fails. It is not coming back to color after being in night vision. Also, I found that it is not possible to change the secondary stream from 640x480, that's too bad.

Camera view was clear.

Night (IR) picture is poor.

All the time I spent trying to get the video doorbell camera to function properly only to FINALLY find out it is the SmartHome App that is Malfunctioning and needed to be upgraded. Hope they supply an UPGRADE soon!!

Too complicated. Order went through and then cancelled without any reason why. I figured it out on my own (that means no thanks to Amcrest) and still managed to make the purchase on the 2nd try.
