terrible man. no emails back about missing product.

I ordered and was charged for 2, however only 1 was delivered. I wrote to customer service twice with no reply

I Haven’t tested yet but i am reviewing regarding the customer service. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN GET IN THE WORLD. I bought the doc station and received an email saying will update me with tracking number. Never received the tracking number, sent them email but no email back, Called several times but no call back so i decided to cancel the order but no answer and never cancelled. After 21 days my last resort was to report PayPal and ask for a money back then finally they provide me tracking number and was delivered a week ago in the no person mail room.

Slow to respond if you even get a response

Nonexistent customer service. Will not repurchase just on principle alone. Hope you enjoyed the transaction because I didn’t.
