Charger not capable of charging, NO instructions … Alogic solution doesn’t solve problems… NO Communication !!!

Never received item and never heard back when i emailed about it.

I can’t get the device to work and have contacted customer service twice and gotten no response to my request for assistance or how I could return the device.
