I had some questions about my order and submitted them on the web applet after hours. My questions were quickly answered the next day when they reopened.

Great after sales support.

Even though my order arrived short several items. After I called it was handled in a timely manner.

They answered my questions quickly but unforintly the answer was not good. Visonic no longer will support DIY alarms systems and they want you to sign up to a monthly support package from another vendor even though all I wanted to do was get an email from my panel but with out the Visonic server that is not going to happen and there is no other work around from Visonic to point the alarm panel to anything other than a monitoring company.

I PAID 17.00 FOR 2 DAY DELIVER IT THURSDAY MORNING WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVE MY 2 ORDERS ,SOMETHING IS WRONG, I ORDER FRIDAY AND MONDAY. AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVE EITHER ORDER PLEASE ADVISE ME WHY????????
