One call solved my problem.

Jennifer was great on helping us get just what we needed as far as information and available products to meet our requirements..

I had some miscommunication with my order in terms of where it was to be shipped. I notified 123 on the same day of the order and was told the company would make the shipping change I requested. The shipment was made to the incorrect address and when I notified 123 they indicated they would reimburse me for the shipping charges to have it sent to the correct address. When I presented the invoice for those shipping charges my reimbursement was posted to my credit card within hours, I am impressed. Thank you 123 for doing the right thing.

Taking forever to receive the item. No response to emails I sent to ask questions. I had to call to find out what's going on.

The company sent me a fraction of what I ordered. It took over a week of constant calls, emails, chats, online submittal, and being ignored before they finally told me to send back what I had for a refund. I'very also been told I may or may not get my shipping/handling costs refunded, which by the way, were almost $200 for 3 packages totalling about 25 lbs that took 3 weeks to arrive. I will never order from them again and would recommend that nobody else does as well. It's not worth the time and money you'll spend to walk away with potentially nothing.
