Latest experience not so good.

Product doesn't even work as advertised

Product shipped a month later than expected, no updates were ever given, and the order page didn't load 90% of the time I went to check on it's status.

Disappointed with the company’s rigid approach to customer service. First off, the product design. The case itself is okay, but you need yet another product to attach the lenses. Why not make one case that you can attach the lenses to directly? Now the financials. The case cost me $70 including $20 intl shipping. Unfortunately, I did not get the lens mount because I didn’t see the fine print that you need one in addition to this case. My mistake. The company’s solution was to place a new order: get the $5 mount and pay additional $20 for international shipping. They would not consider sending via regular mail at all. Instead they offered me a 40% discount on the $5 product. Lol. By the way, I tried the telephoto lens with the M-series lens mount to see if it would be worth paying another $25 for a piece of plastic. The telephoto lens picture is not as sharp as iPhone 14 2x focus unfortunately and doesn’t pass my photo quality standards. After this comparison, I feel like the whole Moment adventure was a big waste of money. I am reselling all these accessories to recover some of the costs. Overall, my experience indicates that Moment is an inflexible, profit-driven company with mediocre products. My advice is: save your money and upgrade your phone instead.
