They took my money right away but then I learned the item was backordered. I would prefer to know this before I ordered. It also took forever to ship the product. It doesn't fit my tripods either. Wasted my money.

Moment is apparently a company that doesn't check what they ship vs what the customers ordered. Avoid.

Over charged for shipping. Paid $10 for shipping which came not from me. Came in a plastic shipping bag and the box in the bag was squished. Luckily the product was not damaged. Being that I paid $10, I would expect better packing materials. The cost of shipping and the way the product was shipping, I will have to consider future purchases.

Not happy with service.

I ordered the walnut iphone case and received the black case instead. :(
