YOu sent the wrong part and have not ansswered my email as to when I will get the correct one.

Never messaged me that this got re-stocked.

Forgetting th mount is one thing. It will be 4 days later before that's even addressed or fixed....so not super great of job. I'm a little disappointed that I kinda know I have to buy more things from you when I don't don't trust much of the customer support so far.

Zero feedback or care given.

I received 2 defective products and Moment wants me to pay to return them. Moment also was very quick to email me to request review of the ordered products that arrived 2 days before I received my order.
