Item arrived after my flight. One of the things I really valued from moment was their ability to ship quickly anywhere in the world. This time, there were delays in the shipping so now the box is sitting in front of an empty vacation home. When I contacted moment days ago to notify them of the problem, they didn’t respond for days. I’ll never buy from moment again

Slow and very, very lackluster communication. There's never an option for live chat from the website as advertised.
