Absolutely terrible experience buying from moment. Bought case/lens/adaptor plate all at once. Received case & adaptor within 2 wks. 2 months wait to receive my 1.33 gold anamorphic lens. If I would have bought the competitor’s lens, it would have been equal quality, slightly cheaper, and would have received it 45 days earlier. The competitor also provides phone support so you can talk to alive person if you have any problems. Moment explains online that they don’t offer a customer service phone # because they don’t have enough staff to take phone calls. I dread the idea of buying another lens from moment. Wish I had bought into the competitor’s case/lens system.

Doesnt fit

item arrived totally smashed i never have the chance to use it, i already start a return exchange for this item shipping packaging needs to be more secure not a plastic bag

Mount doesn’t fit on case, both of them are M series, let me know what are you gonna do about it

Description of product not complete on your website so ordered a case that is of no use to me. customer service offered no alternative or direction to initiate a return. I won’t be buying from moment again.
