I am frustrated that it wasn’t made more clear that returns are not free. (I later found it several clicks in on returns info) And when I asked about it several times via email, the person responding chose to not address my statements at all but to continue to just ignore the complaint and tell me how to send my item back (paying the shipping cost myself). It seems common courtesy to at least acknowledge what a customer is saying. I’m not unreasonable and understand that smaller companies especially cannot always afford to pay for return shipping but when that is the case, the website should make it more clear that the customer will have to pay to return items.

Mixed if you correct the issue with the case I would be 5 stars

$10 shipping on a $5 item is crazy. Offer cheaper/slower method of shipping.

Well it took a while to get my package, but i understand cause it was out of stock, as for the prices the items on moment site are far more expensive than what you expect cause they don't put VAT on their site, and suddenly on the checkout the price of your cart is around x1.8 of what you expect and considered paying.. that's a bit of a turn-off so i deleted some items of my cart to finally buy some of them

Customer service was incredible. The shipping experience was smooth and easy. My only complaint is lack of clarity. From dramatically incorrect estimates to incorrect information, the shipping clarity was quite rough. On my order page there are still items labeled as “awaiting tracking”… those same items are sitting on my desk, they were delivered weeks ago. My order page still has messages that say my order is on hold and will ship when my back ordered items ship. The items hadn’t shipped, but delivery estimate said Jan 4 on Jan 4. It went blank the next day. The only saving grace for me was the use of the FedEx website witch is always reliable. It’s just something for the company to work on. I am pleased overall and I will definitely be ordering again.
