Shipping could be cheaper for small items. Would have purchased sooner if shipping was more reasonable.

I have used Moment for years and had great customer experiences before. I ordered a used iPhone 14 pro case and they packaged a 14 non pro case. I messaged them and they said their site is showing it in stock but it isn’t. I asked if they could split the difference of a used case and new case. They said no and I bought it anyway because I had to have it. After the fact they sent me a $10 code to use on future purchase. Well I have all the gear I need for now so I would of rather just got a credit towards the new case. Not the best customer experience, don’t know if that is isolated.

Good but the mounts are made of plastic and break easily

Moment had some things B&H didn’t. Since my price comparisons revealed that Moment inexplicably charges more for (Fujifilm) cameras, lenses, etc., than any other retailer, they definitely won't be the first place I look for anything.

You have, for the most part, very good products but you are often back ordered in your own products! Otherwise generally good solutions to mobile filmmaking.
