Don’t know l have not received a call back from repairman

My drone tag did not include an antenna. I left a message over the weekend asking what antenna should I buy. Today is Thursday and still no one has contacted me.

In sixth month still waiting for drone beacon but web site is ok

I ordered a remote ID Module in June 2023 and received it in November. The only reason I'm leaving an OK review is their customer service is responsive when contacted.

I don't know how you did as I just picked up the drone yesterday. To many emails with little information-- asking for ratings when drone still in your possession, no information on what the problem with drone was, etc
