Vertigo Drones

I wasn’t going to give a review, but after the 3rd email I caved. Vertigo has historically meet my expectations, this purchase was disappointing. The quality of the Autel Drone is spot on, the shipping was not. It was roughly a full week after the order and my credit card was charged that the drone actually shipped. I actually submitted a customer service email asking when it would ship and it was still a few days before UPS received the item. I hope this is a one off experience, as Vertigo has typically taken good care of me. This time the slow shipping caused me issues with a scheduled project.

it's really hard to rate Vertigo Drones. I ordered a "Drone Tag" unit from them on Aug 10th, 2023. Their shipping to me to be a few days. After 10 days, I contacted the company by email, who then informed me that the item I ordered was backordered. The lack of proactive communication on this point is concerning due to the FAA Pending requirement for RID and could potentially ground my working drone. All this due to their apparent ability to accept payment for this product but NOT inform me that was on backorder until after, I contacted them.

No tracking info for several days

My repair hasn't been completed so I have no response other than questions raised about why am I getting this email before completion?
