Never received item

My item wasn’t delivered as stated , & I haven’t received any help to resolve the issue with customer service email & there is no contact number. Money gone down the drain

Crappy customer service

Had my blink camera stolen off door but you wont replace it because it wasn't a package. How ticky tack. Still was stolen from my door. Had to buy it because your camera isn't good enough.

Bad quality

When I first got kangaroo I was excited and loved it but a couple months down the road everything went down hill. The door sensors stopped working and I was sent a replacement set. They worked for alittle and stopped working again. I grew tired of the issues and decided enough is enough. I removed everything but the door bell and went with a different security company. Kangaroo needs to up there quality alittle better. One thing I’ll give them they will send replacements but who wants to keep replacing system parts every couple months. So for now the door bell is still working good but I’ll replacing that in the upcoming months.

Door bell camera

The camera wouldn’t catch initial motion? Would only get shot of side or back of person so I couldn’t tell who it was?
